One of the UK's leading Project Management Construction Consultancies is looking for a diligent and dependable Project manager to join their office in Manchester.

The Project Manager's Role

The successful Project Manager will primarily work one of this consultancy's top clients on a nationwide framework in the Leisure build sector. While this framework has projects nationwide, this Project manager will be expected to support on projects throughout the North.

Additionally, this Project Manager will be exposed to a myriad of other build sectors, including Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, and Hotels. Prior experience with NEC contracts will be ideal.

The Project Manager

• 4+ years of Project Management experience in construction consultancy
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to form strong relationships
• Ideally hold a RICS accredited degree
• Able to commute to and from site locations throughout the North
• Strong ambition and determination to take on new responsibilities

In Return?

• £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Salary reviews every 6 months
