Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

A North London based independent construction consultancy are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join their growing Project Management team.

Project Manager's Role

Working closely with the Associate Project Manager on a variety of build sector work with a strong commercial pipeline.

There will be the autonomy to work with a variety of clients across the capital, enjoying the freedom to work on a number of projects up to the value of £20m.

Project Manager Requirements

Their requirement is for an experienced Project Manager to with a minimum of 4 years' experience. A Project Manager who is proactive, driven and 'hands-on', with good knowledge in the commercial Cat A -B office sector.

Ideally RICS Chartered Project Manager or interested to obtain Chartered status whilst with them. The likely projects include remodelling and occasional new builds, CAT A refurbishments and CAT B fitting out for occupiers.
