A well-developed Building Consultancy in London is a seeking to hire a Project Manager to join their expanding team.

The Project Manager's Role

The ideal Project Manager will be working on Fit-Out Projects on a landmark 41 storey student accommodation tower in central London which will value up to £50m.

Working with contract teams and clients, the chosen Project Manager will be accountable for the safe management and execution of project work inside London in accordance with the client's business processes and procedures.

Project Manager Requirements

• Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent
• At least 1 Year Project Management, construction consultancy experience
• MRICS (desirable)
• Experience working on Fit-out projects
• Experience of creating, presenting, and managing on bids, tenders, and proposals
