About the Role: CDM Principal Designer

As a CDM Principal Designer, you will play a pivotal role in design meetings, confidently advising clients across Housing Associations and Local Authorities. Your projects will span Residential, Mixed-use Developments, High-rise buildings, Regeneration, and Fire remedial works. You will thrive in a close-knit team that values internal promotion and collaborative success.

CDM Principal Designer Requirements

• NEBOSH Construction (required)
• TechIOSH (required)
• APS Membership (preferred)
