About the Role

As a Principal Designer / CDM Advisor, you will provide expert design safety advice to clients, including one of the largest Architectural firms in the UK. You will manage a portfolio of 20+ projects, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and contributing to a wide range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver confident and knowledgeable design safety advice to clients.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and construction teams.
• Conduct site inspections and provide detailed safety assessments.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
• Tech IOSH Membership minimum.
• APS Membership.
• Degree in a design or technical field (preferred).
• 3+ years as a Principal Designer / CDM Advisor (preferred).
