Monitoring Surveyor

A Surrey based, Chartered Surveying practice are seeking a Monitoring Surveyor to work alongside one of the Directors of the practice.

The successful Monitoring Surveyor will work with a wide range of funders and will be loaded up with projects and function independently on less complex schemes.

The Monitoring Surveyor

The successful Monitoring Surveyor will be based outside of London and have a full driving licence with projects scattered across Surrey and surrounding areas.

You will work alongside a Director, undertaking a variety of technical, monitoring services for several high profile clients.

The successful Monitoring Surveyor will have as a minimum:

• A RICS accredited degree
• MRICS, or working towards
• Experience working as a Monitoring Surveyor within a PQS/Consultancy environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Surveying background
