Mechanical Engineer required to join a globally market leading property and real estate consultancy, based in their central London office.

The Company

The Mechanical Engineer will join a famously successful, multiple award winning, client facing consultancy that are a top employer. The mechanical engineer can be expected to work on both residential and commercial projects across London.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

• Previous consultancy work preferred.
• Knowledge of all Building Mechanical Systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Water systems)

Role Purpose:

• Complete Concept Mechanical Designs.
• Produce Mechanical Specifications.
• Complete Life Cycle Reports to agree format.
• Complete Engineering Site Surveys and Audit Reports.
• Complete Dilapidation Reports.
• Provide Electrical Engineering consultancy as required.
• Review and Manage Engineering Business Risk.

Qualifications:

• Appropriate engineering degree (preferred).
• IEng minimum
• Professional Status such as IMechE.
