A specialist M&E construction consultancy are seeking a reliable, and professional M&E Quantity Surveyor to cover projects across Oxford.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will join an inclusive, friendly London based practice who cover projects across Oxford, London, and the South.

For this particular role, the successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will predominantly be on sites across Oxford, working closely with the main contractors, ensuring that work is moving forward, and all of the MEP elements are being covered.

Day to day duties will include:

• Estimating
• Cost planning
• Commercial management
• Attending site

The M&E Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a construction/quantity surveying degree
• M&E / MEP Quantity Surveying experience
• PQS / Consultancy or Main Contractor QS work history
• Team player
• Driving licence and car
• Based around Oxford
