A global, high-profile multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking for Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers to join their growing team in either London or Birmingham.

The Company

The M&E Engineer will join a well-known and multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy who offer a chance to work on large projects across all sectors and join a well-established team.

The Role

The successful M&E Engineer will be required to:

Must have 5+ years of design experience.

• Maintain Electrical and Mechanical systems in accordance with industry standards
• Carry out maintenance
• Fault identification and rectification
• Dealing with issues out of hours
• Trouble shooting for electrical systems, emergency control systems, BMS, fire systems, air conditioning systems and more
• Operating High Voltage Systems
• Heating Systems
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Fire detection systems
• Supervise subcontractors as required.
• Hazard reporting
• Designing new electrical and mechanical systems for new builds and renovations
• Technical report writing
