The Junior Residential Property Solicitor's role

The successful Junior Residential Property Solicitor will be responsible for managing their own caseload, dealing with a variety of conveyancing transactions. Working closely with the Head of Department, the Junior Residential Property Solicitor will also support the team in delivering high-quality service to clients. A flexible and proactive approach is essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

The Junior Residential Property Solicitor

• 0-2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Experience managing multiple conveyancing transactions simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing skills and experience working with estate agents and other third parties.
• Competence in preparing completion statements and generating bills.
• Excellent organisational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing high levels of client satisfaction.
