Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

A confident and hands on Intermediate Quantity Surveyor is now needed to support a leading Cost Consultancy in the busy city of Birmingham.

The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will join a highly techincal Quantity Surveying team and immediately jump onto projects within the Social Housing/Residential sector.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will ideally have Soical Housing/Residential experience, including recent experience of managing small projects.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who have been consulting on exceptional projects for the past 50 years.

With more than 7 offices across the UK, each Intermediate Quantity Surveyor is provided with continuous training and support when handling a myriad of clients.

With a mix bag of sectors under their name, this established consultancy have been placed on the top 50 Consultancies for a number of years now.

The Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 4 post grad years work experience, including;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• Ideall MRICS or on pathway to become
• Desire to work within Social Housing/Residential
• Ability to take on small projects
