Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

A driven and confident Intermediate Quantity Surveyor is now needed to support a global and award-winning Quantity Surveying Consultancy in Manchester.

Based only a 10 minute walk from Leeds station, the successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will join a tenacious team of Quantity Surveyors who work hard to provide quality services.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor should have a desire to work within the property and commercial market, delivering services for International and high end clients.

The Company

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who operate in over 80 countries, proividing consultative services within Real Estate and Property.

Quantity Surveyors can be seen working on a myriad of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Hotel, Private Education and Offices.

Duties will include; cost plans, estimates, client meetings, variations, final accounts and further post contract handling.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience and;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• APC ambition
• Strong pre contract knowledge
• Client facing
• Ambitious
• Ability to communicate with clients
