Graduate Quantity Surveyor

A Quantity Surveying consultancy with a strong, supportive, fun working environment is looking to take on an intelligent, committed Graduate Quantity Surveyor who would also enjoy learning the role of a Project Manager.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will closely with two Directors, helping them by providing pre and post contract support such as carrying out feasibility studies, preparing contracts, measuring etc.

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor shall be working across a diverse range of projects within the built environment including meaningful residential and health related schemes.

Role: Graduate Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager

Requirements: Completed a Quantity Surveying degree (or similar), 12+ months Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy environment. Proactive, punctual, hardworking character.

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000, flexible working, APC support, free parking, bonus scheme
