A niche, Chartered Surveying consultancy in Surrey are seeking an intelligent, degree qualified Graduate Quantity Surveyor with an interest in procurement.
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 50, and work alongside a Director and the Building Surveying team across local authority and social housing projects.
Day to day, the successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be heavily involved in procuring maintenance contracts, including creating, drafting, and amending contracts. As well as preparing schedule of rates and some contract law.
