Graduate Quantity Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary, ambitious Property Consultancy are seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with a work placement, or 6+ months quantity surveying experience to join their Southampton office.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be joining a diverse team who work across a myriad of private sector projects across the south coast, predominantly in the residential market.

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor shall receive hands-on APC support and exposure to an array of pre and post cost management roles, also gaining exposure to new areas including employers agent and project management.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Able to commute around Southampton
• Quantity Surveying experience
• Residential project exposure would be ideal, but not essential
• Eager to achieve MRICS
