Graduate Quantity Surveyor

A specialist decorating contractor with a portfolio of high-quality decorations for the likes of Louis Vuitton, The Mulberries and more are looking for an motivated and ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their Chelmsford based team.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor's role

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will join the commercial team to enhance the skills learnt throughout their education and assist in several projects ranging in values from £5,000 to £1.5m. Some responsibilities and skills to enhance include the likes of drawings, procurement and measurements.

Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, the graduate Quantity Surveyor will be based between the Chelmsford office and sites. They will be expected to bring a strong work-ethic and desire to learn throughout their development.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor

• HNC/HND Qualified in Quantity Surveying
• Bring a 'can-do' attitude to work
• Good understanding of drawings preferable
• Full valid UK driving license
• Willing to commute to sites across Greater London
