Graduate Quantity Surveyor

An incredible opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, talented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a luxury, bespoke Property Developer in Borehamwood.

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will work alongside and assist the Senior Surveyors working on luxury Residential New Build Developments. All projects reside within a 10-mile radius from the office.

The role comes with unfounded opportunity for growth and progression and is the perfect opportunity for a driven Graduate QS eager to learn and grow with a company long term.

The Company

The successful Gradate Quantity Surveyor will join a medium sized bespoke Contractor with over 50 employees.

With newly built offices that include a bar, chef, and outside space. They operate with a very fun, dynamic, and family oriented culture that really reflects throughout everything they do.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor

The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A Quantity Surveying Degree
• An enthusiastic and ambitious approach to work
• A valid driving license
• Work experience or placement is ideal
