A dynamic Building Surveying and Project Management firm are looking to add a driven Graduate Building Surveyor to their Manchester team.

The Graduate Building Surveyor role

This Graduate Building Surveying role entails working with a highly qualified and professional team of Building Surveyors working on fit-outs, design and specifications, regeneration projects, major urban renewal programmes, insurance related projects and installations across the UK.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be working on a variety of professional services and projects for properties throughout sectors including retail, office, industrial, residential, commercial and education.

Professional services include dilapidations, party wall services, condition surveys, defect diagnosis, schedule of condition, project management, cost management and planned preventative maintenance.

The Graduate Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Relevant work experience within a Building Surveying role
• Eager to complete APC
• A confident, hardworking and ambitious individual
