A multidisciplinary, well-known consultancy, in London, are now seeking an experienced and ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join their growing team.

This opportunity offers the chosen Graduate Building Surveyor a strong pipeline of projects, with a structured APC support program and direct learning from the Partners running the team.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will gain experience and get exposure on a range of schemes from public sector, housing, education and retail, through to private sector luxury apartments.

As the chosen Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll join a progressive team, with a supportive atmosphere and a varied workload.

Person specification

• BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
• Have started your APC diary ideally
• Consultancy background would be beneficial
• Strong communications skills - both written and verbal
