Director

A forward-thinking Building Surveying consultancy are looking for a dedicated Director to head up their successful Building Surveying team in Leeds.

The Director role

You will be joining a team of experienced, confident, and diverse individuals who deliver the best services across the public and private sectors. You will have a responsibility to provide first-class service to your existing and growing wide client base.

The role entails projects and professional services across a variety of sectors including commercial, industrial, residential, retail and leisure.

Your day to day will include dilapidations, defect diagnosis, party wall, technical due diligence, contract administration, condition surveys and expert witness alongside a range of exciting projects!

As the new Director, you will have responsibility to manage and oversee the team and help with business development including developing new client relationships, sourcing new work and involvement in expanding the team/company.

• Project delivery experience
• Previous relevant experience
• Able to manage a team
• Willing to be involved in business development
• Involvement in support, training, and development
• Professional services experience
