Cost Manager

A rapidly growing Construction Consultancy who are based in central Birmingham, are now looking for a driven and ambitious Cost Manager to join their expanding team.

The successful Cost Manager is now needed, due to growth and client demand. This Cost Manager opportunity is for someone who has gained their foundation experience (3 years minimum), and is now looking for project control, further responsibility, and the autonomy to develop your own relationships.

The Cost Manager will have the opportunity to work on a myriad of projects, including Media studios, High end Residential and Commercial use buildings, large industrial and retail centres, and other private schemes.

The Cost Manager

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• 3+ years Cost Management experience
• PQS experience would be beneficial
• Self-driven and ambitious
• Determined to make your mark

You will have a choice of projects to work on within the Media, Residential, Commercial, Retail and Infrastructure sectors.
