An established Interior Fit Out Contractor is seeking an experienced and career driven Contracts Manager to join their team.

The successful Contracts Manager will join an award-winning company that specialises high end leisure, medical, retail, and commercial interiors with values ranging from £150K to £3M.
This company strives to exceed client expectations in every aspect from initial contact, planning, design, and procurement, through to the construction stages and after care services
The Contracts Manager's Role
- Reporting to Project Director
- Liaising with Clients
- Project and risk management
- Manage activity on all fit out projects
- Effectively manage project resources
- Monitor the financial performance of the project
- Site cost control and reporting
- Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety
- Manage sub-contractors
The Contracts Manager - Requirements
- Min. 3 years Contracts Management experience
- High End fit out experience essential
- Experience operating fast track projects in the leisure and retail sectors
- Good working knowledge of contract conditions
- Fast Track and Lean Construction experience will be valuable
- Excellent IT and Communication skills
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
