An established Interior Fit Out Contractor is seeking an experienced and career driven Contracts Manager to join their team.

The successful Contracts Manager will join an award-winning company that specialises high end leisure, medical, retail, and commercial interiors with values ranging from £150K to £3M.

This company strives to exceed client expectations in every aspect from initial contact, planning, design, and procurement, through to the construction stages and after care services

The Contracts Manager's Role

  • Reporting to Project Director
  • Liaising with Clients
  • Project and risk management
  • Manage activity on all fit out projects
  • Effectively manage project resources
  • Monitor the financial performance of the project
  • Site cost control and reporting
  • Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety
  • Manage sub-contractors

The Contracts Manager - Requirements

  • Min. 3 years Contracts Management experience
  • High End fit out experience essential
  • Experience operating fast track projects in the leisure and retail sectors
  • Good working knowledge of contract conditions
  • Fast Track and Lean Construction experience will be valuable
  • Excellent IT and Communication skills
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid
