Commercial Manager

A highly competitive Main Contractor with over 40 years in the construction industry is seeking a Commercial Manager, with experience operating at a senior level, to join their thriving East London office.

The Company

The successful Commercial Manager will join the company's highly successful Residential New Build division working on JCT Design & Build projects throughout London.

This division has continued to go from strength to strength over the last few years and as such are looking to expand their team significantly.

You will be responsible for overseeing a team of surveyors and their respective projects as well as business development & continuing to grow the team.

The Commercial Manager

The Commercial Manager will ideally come from a Main Contractor background and have experience working on JCT Design & Build contracts within the Residential sector. You will have extensive experience working in the industry, preferable with, but not limited to, a relevant degree qualification.

You will lead and manage the commercial function of the company's exciting projects striving to reduce risk, maximise opportunity, whilst managing a team and providing accurate project reporting.

Experience:

• Experience working with a main contractor or developer
• A successful track record managing teams and projects to completion
• HNC/HND or construction related degree qualification is beneficial
• JCT Design & Build contract experience

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £85,000 - £95,000 (negotiable)
