One of the UK's leading consultancies are looking to add an ambitious and hardworking commercial Building Surveyor to their successful Manchester team.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a highly respected and trusted independent Building Consultancy who strive to produce the best quality possible for their clients.

You will be working on a range of professional services including condition surveys, dilapidations, building pathology, acquisition surveys, contract administration and schedule of condition.

Alongside this, you will be working on a range of exciting projects within the commercial, public, and retail sectors.

The Building Surveyor

• Relevant experience
• A Building Surveying Degree
• Able to work independently as well as successfully within a team
• Professional services experience
