Clerk Of Works / Quality Control Inspector

A new role has opened for an experienced Clerk of Works working for an established medium-sized consultancy in London and the surrounding areas.

The successful Quality Control Inspector/ Clerk of Works will ensure quality of workmanship and materials are in line with client expectations and health and safety quality standards.

The Company

The successful Clerk of Works will join a supportive and successful consultancy that value staff satisfaction, this supportive atmosphere enables staff to meet high standards for their long-standing clients. The consultancy covers a large range of projects, across commercial, residential and education, which are both new build and refurbishments.

The Role

The successful Clerk of Works/ Quality Control Inspector will have:

• ICWCI or equivalent
• Previous experience in Quality Control in construction sites
• Preferably previous experience in residential builds
• Driving license
• Attention to detail
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Customer Focus
