An independent West End practice is seeking a Valuation Surveyor to join their professional team and support with their exponential growth.

The successful Valuation Surveyor will be able to value property including developments and investment work for various purposes such as bank lending, asset management advice to the management department and various clients.

This practice are relly makign waves at the moment with brand new offices close to the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street and they are growing at a rapid rate. You could start this journey at a very excitign time and watch the comapny and you grow!

The MRICS Valuation Surveyor will ideally hold:

• MRICS qualification
• Registered Valuer
• 2 year PQE as a minimum
• Good people and communication skills
• Team player
