Chartered Surveyor

A professional Surveying Practice based in Central London are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join their experienced team.

The successful Surveyor will be joining a team of RICS registered valuers working with commercial and residential properties in and around the home counties.

The Surveying practice advises on Commercial and Residential properties with a focus on Lease hold advice, party wall advice, Building Surveys, commercial property valuations and residential property valuations. Providing first class service and understand the clients aspirations and expectations.

The General Practice Surveyor

• MRICS or ASSOCRICS
• Commercial and residential experience
• Ideally 2+ years valuation experience
• Professional approach
• Eager to learn
• Client facing
