Chartered Surveyor

A professional Surveying Practice based in Guildford are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join their experienced team.

The successful Surveyor will be joining a team of RICS registered valuers working with commercial and residential properties in and around the home counties.

The Surveying practice advises on Commercial and Residential properties with a focus on Lease hold advice, party wall advice, commercial property valuations and residential property valuations. Providing first class service and understand the clients aspirations and expectations.

The General Practice Surveyor

• MRICS or ASSOCRICS
• Commercial and residential experience
• Ideally 2+ years valuation experience
• Professional approach
• Eager to learn
• Client facing
