Chartered Quantity Surveyor

A confident and client facing Chartered Quantity Surveyor is now needed to join an established and market leading Quantity Surveying consultancy in Leeds.

The successful Chartered Quantity Surveyor will join a highly technical Quantity Surveying team and immediately jump onto projects within the Residential and Property sectors.

The Chartered Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work with some of the countries leading investors, supporting with large schemes in the Yorkshire market.

The Chartered Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who have been consulting on exceptional projects for the past 50 years.

With more than 10 offices across the UK, each Chartered Quantity Surveyor is provided with continuous training and support when handling a myriad of clients.

The Chartered Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the Quantity Surveying Director would like to see;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS
• Post contract handling
• Pre contract history
• 6-10 years PQE
• Experience with running meetings
• Residential and Commercial experience
