A well-respected Chartered Surveying and Property Consultancy are looking for a driven Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Worcester.
The Building Surveyors' role
In this role, the successful Building Surveyor will have the unique opportunity to lead and develop a new Building Surveying team from the ground up.
The Building Surveyor will benefit from the independence to shape this initiative, playing a crucial role in the team's strategic direction and operational success.
This role offers the Building Surveyor the opportunity to manage a diverse project portfolio that spans commercial, office, retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors, primarily across Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, and Bristol.
This position is designed as a developmental role, providing continuous professional growth and long-term career prospects for an ambitious Building Surveyor.
The Building Surveyor
The successful Building Surveyor will ideally have previous consultancy experience and have an ambition to grow and develop a team.
- A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or similar
- MRICS qualification would be ideal
- Experience across a variety of sectors would be preferred
- Previous management or business development experience is beneficial
