A successful commercial property consultancy are looking for a talented Building Surveyor to join their dynamic Bristol office.

The Building Surveyors' role

The successful Building Surveyor will become an integral part of an inclusive and close-knit building consultancy division, based across 4 thriving offices across the South West.

In this role, the Building Surveyor will take on a professional focused workload including defect analysis, dilapidations, reinstatement cost assessments, planned maintenance, stock condition and schedule of condition.

The Building Surveyor will ideally have an entrepreneurial mindset and a keenness to get stuck into a long-term career opportunity.

• Ideally MRICS qualified
• Consultancy experience
• Survey and dilapidation experience is beneficial
• Business development experience is a bonus
