A well-known building consultancy are looking for a bright Building Surveyor to join their dynamic Manchester based team.

The Building Surveyors' role

In this role, the Building Surveyor will provide project management and contract administration services, with the opportunity to support a number of high-profile schemes, up to £20m.

The successful Building Surveyor will also be involved in the success and growth of the wider business, gaining business development and networking experience.

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be a bright, driven and enthusiastic individual, keen to further develop their career.

• MRICS / on APC pathway preferably
• Previous consultancy experience
• Project management & contract administration experience is beneficial
