A close-knit, multi-disciplinary team is actively seeking a Building Surveyor to enhance their Nottingham office.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will be stepping into a well-rounded role, with responsibilities evenly split between professional services and project management. This balance ensures a diverse and engaging workload, including but not limited to:

• Conducting detailed building surveys and preparing reports.
• Overseeing project works from inception to completion.
• Providing professional advice on property and construction.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of service.

This role is designed to offer the Building Surveyor a comprehensive experience across the spectrum of surveying tasks, with ample opportunity for professional development and growth within the firm.

The Building Surveyor

• A strong background in both professional services and project management within the building surveying field.
• Excellent technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of nurturing long-lasting client relationships.
• A proactive approach to work, with a drive to continuously learn and adapt.
• Qualification in Building Surveying (RICS accredited or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
