I am partnered with a driven small to medium practice of Chartered Surveyors, who are looking to add an motivated Building Surveyor to their growing practice.

The successful Building Surveyor will undertake project work in various sectors including retail commercial and industrial. The ideal Building Surveyor will have the desire to or already have experiance in these sectors and be confident at building client relationships.

This role provides for an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work in a small and motivated team, be exposed to a variety of sectors and recieve strong APC support if needed. For this reason, my client is looking for someone ideally 1 year + post qualification and consultancy experiance desirable.

The Successful Building Surveyor?

• BSc/MSc Building surveying
• 1+ year Building Surveying experience
• ambition to become MRICS
• Confident engaging with clients

In Return, the successful Building Surveyor will receive;
