Building Surveyor

I am partnered with a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy that are looking for an ambitious Building Surveyor to join their Newcastle team.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will be working a busy and varied role, providing support to the expanding Building Surveying team on a wide range of professional services and projects.

Professional Building Services the Building Surveyor will be working on includes contract administration, defect diagnosis, building pathology, party wall, residential and commercial surveys and insurance works.

Alongside this, this role includes working on an array of projects including refurbishments, repairs and maintenance works for commercial and residential buildings.

This is a great opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is looking to join a successful consultancy with the view to expand and work a varied role.

The Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Preferably MRICS or working towards
• Consultancy background
• Professional services and project delivery experience
