Building Surveyor

A successful multi-disciplinary property consultancy are looking to add three ambitious Building Surveyors to their growing Derby team.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyors will be working on a wide range of Building Surveying services including professional services and projects across many sectors including; education, healthcare, leisure, retail, residential, industrial and historic/listed buildings.

The Building Surveyors will be advising clients on the design, condition, maintenance, repair and construction of buildings. This entails condition surveys, planned maintenance, defect analysis, preparing scheme design, planning applications and specialist surveys.

Alongside this, the Building Surveyors will be working on and supporting projects, ensuring they are completed on budget and to schedule. These projects include demolitions and new builds, refurbishments, repairs, developments and extensions.

The Building Surveyor

• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Working towards professional qualification (MRICS)
• Previous consultancy experience
• Professional services experience
