Building Surveyor

A professional multi-disciplinary consultancy in Leeds are looking for an impressive Building Surveyor to join their successful, expanding team.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will be working across the public and private sectors including energy, commercial, retail, culture & heritage, education, healthcare, industrial, residential and leisure on a variety of professional services and projects.

The Building Surveyor will work autonomously, as well as in their team, on contract administration, inspections, surveys, schedule of condition, stock condition surveys, due diligence and design.

In addition to this, there will be opportunity to work on a range of projects ranging from million-pound new builds to internal refurbishments, repairs and developments.

The Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Professional services experience
• Project delivery experience
• Confident within a client facing role
