Building Surveyor

A professional, independent Building Surveying firm are seeking a determined, recently qualified or nearly qualified Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham team.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will be working a diverse range of Building Surveying services predominantly within the private sectors including commercial, industrial and office.

This Building Surveying role entails a variety of professional services including party wall, contract administration, employers agent, planned maintenance, building surveys, dilapidations and acquisitions.

As well as this, the Building Surveyor will be working on a wide range of projects including renovations, conversions, fit-outs, installations, new builds and refurbishments.

This is a great opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is fairly new to their Building Surveying career and looking for wide exposure into the industry.

The Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Preferably qualified or aiming towards
• Previous experience within a consultancy
• Professional services/Project delivery experience
