Building Surveyor

A diverse opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Leamington Spa.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveying will be working predominantly on employers agent and new build projects within the education, commercial, office, residential and leisure sectors.

The successful Building Surveyor will be working on a variety of new build projects of all sizes including residential new build housing schemes, commercial office new builds and hotel new builds.

Alongside this, you will be working on employers agent, site inspections, contract administration, design, tender documentation, drafting project execution plans and managing various projects on site.

This is a great opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is looking for to focus on a specific part of Building Surveying and gain experience in working within a specific /niche role.

The Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Consultancy experience
• An interest in New Build Projects
• Employers agent experience
