Building Surveyor

A great opportunity has arisen for a hardworking and dedicated Building Surveyor to join the close-knit team of a growing Building & Property consultancy in Birmingham.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyors responsibilities will include professional services including dilapidations, party wall, contract administration, condition surveys, defect diagnosis and design.

This role is predominantly project based with a focus on fit-out and refurbishment projects within the retail sector. Other sectors you will work within include commercial, education and residential.

You will have the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive environment of experienced professionals.

There is future opportunity to progress to Senior and take on more responsibilities including managing staff and involvement in business development.

The Building Surveyor

• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Project delivery experience
• Experience within the mentioned sectors
• Eager to develop their career
