A great opportunity has arisen for personable and enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join a thriving multi-disciplinary consultancy in Manchester.

The Building Surveyor role

This Building Surveying role is predominantly project based alongside a range of technical and professional services within sectors including commercial, retail, leisure, office, industrial and living.

The successful Building Surveyor will be working on the full rang of professional surveying including planned maintenance, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, insurance valuations, expert witness and schedule of condition.

You will be working on an exciting and diverse array of projects from inception to completion including internal fit-outs, multi-million-pound new builds, refurbishments and maintenance works.

The Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Commercial background
• Project delivery experience
• A hardworking and motivated individual
