A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Building Surveyor to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Nottingham.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a team of highly qualified professionals supporting a strong, long standing client base and working on a mix of project and professional services within the education, residential, healthcare, and retail sectors.

The Building Surveyor will be working on projects including refurbishments, planned maintenance, new builds, replacements, and safeguarding work.

Professional services include contract administration, building surveys, design, schedule of condition, specification and report writing, tender documentation, employers agent, feasibility studies, and defect analysis.

The Building Surveyor

• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Project delivery and professional services experience
• Experience within the mentioned sectors
• Eager to develop career
