Building Surveyor

A market-leading consultancy are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Building Surveyor to join their progressive Birmingham team.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will be working on the full spectrum of professional services including but not limited to;

• Dilapidations
• Party wall
• Specifications
• Design
• Defect advice
• Building pathology
• Acquisition surveys
• Feasibility studies
• Due diligence surveys
• Condition surveys
• Contract administration
• Reinstatement cost assessments

This Building Surveying role also entails working on multi-million-pound projects across a range of sectors including reconfiguration and refurbishment schemes, hotel new builds and office fit-outs.

You will be working alongside the Associate Director, taking responsibility for your own projects and gaining client exposure so you can work towards taking on your own client responsibilities and relationships.

The Building Surveyor

• Confident, enthusiastic and dedicated individual
• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Relevant experience
• Eager to pursue a diverse role
