Building Surveyor

A thriving Building Surveying consultancy are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Manchester.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will be working on a range of professional services including contract administration, dilapidations, party wall, building pathology, schedule of condition, project management, surveys, design, cladding work, and defect analysis.

This consultancy supports a broad spectrum of clients within the public and private sectors including investors, landlords and tenants.

Sectors include commercial, education, retail, office, leisure, healthcare, social housing, student accommodation, and residential.

You will be working on projects up to £3m including refurbishments, re-modelling, newbuilds, design, and fit-outs.

The Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Relevant experience
• Confident, hardworking, and ambitious individual
• Able to work autonomously
