Building Surveyor

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Building Surveyor to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in Nottingham.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will be working on a mix of project and professional services within the education, residential, healthcare, and retail sectors.

Professional services include contract administration, building surveys, design, schedule of condition, specification and report writing, tender documentation, employers agent, feasibility studies, and defect analysis.

Projects you will be working on include; refurbishments, planned maintenance, new builds, replacements, and safeguarding work.

You will be joining a team of highly qualified professionals supporting a strong, long standing client base. There is opportunity to progress to Senior Surveyor.

The Building Surveyor

• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Project delivery and professional services experience
• Experience within the mentioned sectors
• Eager to develop career
