Building Surveyor

An independent, multi-professional consultancy are looking to add a hardworking and professional Building Surveyor to their progressive team, based in Leicester.

The Building Surveyor role

This Building Surveying consultancy work within the property, infrastructure, and construction industry on a variety of projects and professional services.

This role is predominantly project based, you will be running 2-4 large scale projects, starting from £3m, at one time. These projects range from refurbishments to strip-outs and fit-outs, new builds, maintenance work, expansions and repair, renewal, and improvement projects.

Your day to day professional services will include stock condition surveys, contract administration, design, reports, inspections and specifications, and fee contracts.

• Confident in a client facing role
• Able to develop client relationships
• Project delivery experience
• A Building Surveying Degree
