Building Surveyor

An international, independent consultancy are looking to add an enthusiastic and dedicated Building Surveyor to their growing Manchester team.

The Building Surveyor role

You will be joining a multi-disciplinary consultancy made up of talented building surveyors, engineers, consultants, and project managers working together to support a client base of owners, occupiers, developers, and funders.

You will be working on dilapidations, technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, develop monitoring, party wall, neighbourly matters, schedule of condition, cost management and project management.

Alongside this, projects include office fit-outs, new builds, refurbishments and developments within the residential, commercial, education, healthcare and hospitality.

This is a great opportunity for a Building Surveyor who's looking for a well-rounded Building Surveying role and is eager to develop their career.

The Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Project delivery experience
• Professional services experience
