A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and client facing Building Surveyor to join a growing Building Surveying Consultancy in Manchester.

The Company

Starting as a small team of specialist Building Surveyors, this now multi-disciplinary consultancy is based in over 5 locations with a growing team of over 60 specialists.

The services they work within include construction consultancy, building surveying, dilapidations and cost consultancy covering a range of sectors from retail and industrial to residential and defence.

As an independent consultancy, building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients is a key part of the role. Therefore, the desire and confidence to be in a client-facing role is beneficial.

The successful Building Surveyor will be working on maintenance, refurbishment, and extension projects alongside a range of professional services including contract administration, party wall, acquisition surveys and schedules of condition.

The Building Surveyor

• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Consultancy experience
• Confident within a client facing role
• Project delivery experience
