A fantastic private practice is looking to add a hardworking and enthusiastic Building Surveyor to their close-knit team in Bristol.
The Building Surveyor role
This role is predominantly professional services based so the successful Building Surveyor will be working on party wall, condition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, schedule of condition, and pre-acquisition surveys.
The project side entails refurbishment, fit-out and new build projects within the private and public sectors, mainly commercial.

- Professional services experience
- Experience working within a private practice
- Confident in a client facing role
