A Commercial Property Consultancy are now seeking a hardworking Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team in Birmingham.
The Building Surveyor role
This role is 50/50 professional services and project based with a focus on acquisition surveys, party wall, condition surveys and reinstatement cost assessments.
The sectors this consultancy work within include commercial, retail and occasionally office and industrial on projects ranging from £100k - £1M.
They support clients such as investors, developers, occupiers, pension funds and retailers across their offices in Birmingham, London and Manchester.
The Building Surveyor
Experience:

- Previously worked within the mentioned sectors
A Building Surveying Degree.
